Domestic Shipping: We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Time
Delivery Time: We aim to deliver your order within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as courier delays or weather conditions.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The charges will depend on the size and weight of the items in your order as well as the delivery location.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will make a reasonable number of attempts to deliver your package. If the package is returned to us due to non-delivery, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at your cost.
