We value the time and effort our artists put into creating each unique piece. To ensure fairness to both our customers and artists, we have established the following return and refund policy:
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged.
To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of damage upon unboxing. This includes:
Photographs of the damaged item.
A video of the unboxing process, clearly showing the damage.
Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
All items that are not damaged upon arrival.
Custom or personalized orders, given their bespoke nature.
Return Process:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Provide the necessary proof of damage.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For damaged items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Please note: Each handmade item is unique, and slight variations are a natural part of the creative process. These variations are not considered damages and are not eligible for returns.
